Every year the actors come out in their best outfits, the studios play their games to get a golden statuette for their films and the ceremony goes too long. Yet, millions of fans from around the world will watch with anticipation for the winners of the annual awards.
It has been a banner year for the film industry. Record breaking box office results, but more importantly there have been stellar performances in front and behind the camera. The choices were not easy, but some of the performances stood out above the rest.

Looks like we have several movies to watch before the BIG night.
