Russelling Reviews: Top 10 most anticipated films of the second-half of 2015

Russelling Reviews:
Top 10 anticipated film of 2015

We enjoyed a wonderful night at a dinner party the other night. Films became a point of discussion. We talked about the latest releases, the Biblical framework of many of the films and then came the question: What are some good films that are coming out this later this year?

Will they be good? We will see, but they can still be anticipated. There are some huge films being released in the second half of the year, but big does not mean they will be great. Some of the films are well known and some that are lesser known. See what you think.

1. The Man from U.N.C.L.E. - Guy Ritchie has a hot and cold record with original material. It is looking good, but the jury is out.
2. The Martian - Ridley Scott, Matt Damon and a stellar cast. This is hopefully will make up for the debacle of Exodus.
3. Legend - Tom Hardy squared!
4. Spectre - Can the top Skyfall?
5. In the Heart of the Sea - Ron Howard, Chris Hemsworth and a great white whale.
6. Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens - Does anything else need to be said?
7. Joy - Probably unknown to most, but this team has made some of the best films of the past few years. Looks like a winner.
8. Me and Earl and the Dying Girl - Already reviewed, but by far one of the best films of the year.
9. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 - Primarily want to see because of Philip Seymour Thomas’ final performance.
10. The Good Dinosaur - This seems to be the only family film of the Christmas season. Not likely to top Inside Out, but hopefully Pixar can continue a winning run.

Reel Dialogue: Asking the bigger questions
1. What  are your thoughts on the list for the second half of 2015?
2. Would you choose any of these films or there others you would add?

You might have others to add to the list. You might like to add some to the list, send them my way.
